1. Acceptance of Terms
By visiting our website or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
2. Products & Availability
- All products are subject to availability.
- We try to show colours, embroidery and details as accurately as possible. However, because of lighting, photography and different screen settings, the actual colour may look slightly different.
- We may update, change or discontinue any product without prior notice.
- If an item goes out of stock after you order, we will contact you to offer an alternative, wait for restock, or cancel the order.
3. Sizing
Please check the size details on each product page before ordering. Measurements may vary slightly by up to 1 inch due to hand cutting and stitching. If you are unsure about your size, message us on WhatsApp and we’ll help you choose.
4. Pricing & Payments
- All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (₨) unless stated otherwise.
- We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) only. Payment is made to the courier when you receive your order.
- We may change prices at any time. The price you see at the time of placing your order is the price you pay.
- In case of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order.
5. Orders & Confirmation
- After you place an order, you will receive a confirmation by email, WhatsApp or phone call.
- As all orders are Cash on Delivery, we may contact you to confirm the order before dispatch. Orders that cannot be confirmed may be cancelled.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example due to stock issues, incorrect information or suspected fraud.
6. Shipping & Delivery
- We deliver across Pakistan.
- Delivery usually takes 3–5 working days. Delivery times may be longer for remote areas, holidays or sale periods.
- Delivery charges, if any, are shown at checkout.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, weather or events outside our control. Tracking details will be shared when available.
- Please make sure your address and phone number are correct. We are not responsible for failed deliveries caused by wrong or incomplete details.
7. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Returns and exchanges are handled according to our Refund & Exchange Policy. Please read it before placing an order.
8. Promotions & Discounts
- Discount codes must be applied at checkout and cannot be added after the order is placed.
- Each code is valid for a limited time and can be used once unless stated otherwise.
- Offers cannot be combined unless clearly mentioned.
- We may cancel any offer or reject misuse of discount codes at our discretion.
9. Privacy

10. Account & Security
- You are responsible for keeping your account and password confidential.
- We may suspend or close any account involved in suspicious or fraudulent activity.

12. Limitation of Liability
We do our best to keep the website accurate and available at all times, but we do not guarantee it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent allowed by law, Aks-e-Tahzeeb is not liable for indirect or incidental losses arising from the use of the website.
